SEDDAS – State Education Department Delegated Account System (SEDDAS)

The Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø (SED) has applications that schools use to submit data to the Department, to view submitted data, and to request New York State assessments. Some of these applications can be accessed via the Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Application Business Portal. The State Education Department Delegated Account System (SEDDAS) is designed to automatically create CEO accounts based on the CEO of record in SEDREF in order to protect secure data from unauthorized access. SEDDAS allows CEO's to create, assign and manage secure user accounts. CEO's canÌýdesignate school district personnel by creating Delegated Account Administrator's for their school buildings and district.
